- Do I have to bring a print-out of my ticket? Yes, you have to print out your ticket and bring it to the event or show it on your mobile phone.
- What is your refund policy? Unfortunately, a refund is not possible. However, you may pass your ticket on to friends or sell it, if this is not for commercial purposes.
