This return policy covers the Clean Coochie Essentials and alternatives listed below, only when purchased from this page. The same products purchased through our main site are not covered under this policy.

Our Return Policy

We get it — you can't know if an intimate care product truly works for you without trying it. That's why we accept returns on opened and partially used products within 30 days of your delivery date.

Product Condition

Products must have at least 50% of their contents remaining. Bottles returned mostly empty will not be eligible for a refund. We'll ask for a clear photo showing the product level before approving your return. Return eligibility is determined at our discretion based on product condition.

What You Need to Return

Bundles must be returned as a complete set — individual items from a bundle can't be returned separately. If you purchased multiple individual products, you can return them individually. If your purchase included the "Power of Balance" digital guide, that does not need to be returned.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer service team at support@saltxo.com to initiate your return before shipping anything back. We'll walk you through the process. You'll need to provide a photo of your products along with your order confirmation or receipt.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — that's on us, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
