EU Withdrawal Rights

Right of Withdrawal; Customers in the European Union

This section applies to customers who are consumers resident in the European Union.

Your right to withdraw. You have the right to withdraw from your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day you acquire possession of the last item.

How to withdraw. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the withdrawal function on this website, email us at support@saltxo.com, or complete and send us the model withdrawal form below. Use of the model form is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery; but not any additional cost arising from your choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer; without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur any fee as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods. You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period expires. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been broken after delivery. This exclusion applies to our soap and cleansing bars; intimate washes, shower gels and foaming washes; body and intimate-care oils; body scrubs; cleansing wipes; deodorants; body butters and creams; skin-care gels; vaginal suppositories; and oral supplements, once their seal is broken. This includes travel-size versions and qualifying individual products supplied in bundles or kits. It does not apply to items returned unopened with the seal intact.
