I started taking these at the beginning of August. I want to switch to natural deodorant and I know chlorophyll helps with detoxing. These helped rather quickly. My bloating has decreased, I go to the bathroom more and more easily, and I don’t smell such a strong odor anymore after working out! If this the 1st 3 weeks, I can’t wait to see I feel in 2 months!
