OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in any Salt.xo “Saltmas” giveaway, promotion, or offer, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. SPONSOR

Salt.xo (“Sponsor”) is the sole sponsor of the Saltmas campaign and all associated giveaways and promotions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Saltmas giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Salt.xo are not eligible.

3. SALTMAS PROMOTION PERIOD

The Saltmas campaign ran from December 13, 2025 through December 25, 2025, featuring a series of daily promotions, giveaways, and limited-time offers (each a “Saltmas Giveaway Day”).

Each Saltmas Giveaway Day is governed by these Terms & Conditions and subject to availability.

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / PURCHASE DOES NOT GUARANTEE WINNING

No purchase is necessary to enter or participate in Saltmas giveaways unless explicitly stated.

Making a purchase does not guarantee receiving a giveaway item, free gift, or prize unless expressly confirmed by Salt.xo.

5. GENERAL GIVEAWAY CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All Saltmas giveaways are limited quantity

  • All giveaways are while supplies last

  • All giveaways are chance-based

  • Items are not guaranteed to all participants

Salt.xo reserves the right to determine eligibility, availability, and fulfillment at its sole discretion.

6. DAILY GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTIONS

Day 1 (12/13): Kickoff Giveaway

One lucky winner selected from eligible entries. Entry instructions and winner announcement timing were communicated via Instagram.

Day 2 (12/14): Warehouse Blessing

Surprise, internal giveaway content. No public prize guarantee or entitlement.

Day 3 (12/15): DoorDash Gift Card Giveaway

Ten (10) winners selected to receive $25 DoorDash gift cards. Winners selected and announced per Instagram post instructions.

Day 4 (12/16): Uber Eats Gift Card Giveaway

Ten (10) winners selected to receive $25 Uber Eats gift cards. Winners selected and announced per Instagram post instructions.

Day 5 (12/17): Stocking Stuffer + Minis Giveaway

Five (5) winners selected to receive a stocking stuffer and three (3) mini products. Winners selected and announced per Instagram post instructions.

Day 6 (12/18): One-Hour Flash Sale

A limited-time promotional discount available for one (1) hour only. Sale availability subject to system timing and inventory.

Day 7 (12/19): Salt.xo Travel Bag Giveaway (IMPORTANT)

On Day 7 of Saltmas, customers had a chance to receive a free Salt.xo Travel Bag with qualifying purchases.

Key Conditions:

  • Only 50 travel bags were available

  • The offer was not guaranteed

  • Inclusion of the travel bag on an order confirmation, packing slip, or checkout summary did not guarantee receipt

  • Travel bags were awarded on a chance-based and inventory-limited basis

  • Once the 50 available bags were fulfilled, no additional bags were awarded

Salt.xo is not obligated to provide substitutions, credits, or replacements once supplies were exhausted.

Day 8 (12/20): Sweet Release Sneak Peek

The first 100 qualifying orders over $60 had a chance to receive a sample of Sweet Release (Slippery Elm supplement) while supplies lasted. Sample inclusion was not guaranteed.

Day 9 (12/21): Salt.xo x Black Girl Vitamins Giveaway

One (1) winner selected to receive a bundled prize featuring Salt.xo and Black Girl Vitamins products. Winner selection and entry requirements communicated via Instagram. This giveaway is not sponsored by Instagram.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

All giveaway items:

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for store credit

  • Are provided “as is”

  • May not be substituted unless determined by Salt.xo

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Salt.xo is not responsible for:

  • Technical errors or system limitations

  • Delayed, missing, or duplicate giveaway notifications

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Shipping delays or carrier issues

By participating, entrants release Salt.xo from any liability related to participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law.

9. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

Saltmas giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social platform.

10. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL

Salt.xo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway or promotion at any time due to inventory limits, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Salt.xo operates.
