Cancellation policy

Certain products may be offered as part of a subscription program. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you agree to receive recurring deliveries and authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency and rate shown at checkout unless you cancel.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be billed automatically for each renewal order unless otherwise noted.

You can manage your subscription at any time through your Skio customer portal.

Depending on your subscription settings, you may be able to:

  • change your delivery frequency

  • skip an upcoming order

  • update your shipping address

  • update your payment method

  • cancel your subscription

You can access your subscription portal using the link included in your order confirmation or renewal reminder emails, or through your customer account.

If your subscription includes automatic renewal, it will continue until canceled. To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel before your next billing date. Once a renewal order has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel that order.
