Salt.xo Policies

Salt.xo is world-renowned for our all natural skincare and feminine hygiene products. Our products are handmade and in high demand, and we are committed to providing the best experience for our SaltBaes across the board.

Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.


1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are generally not accepted once an order is placed.

However, in cases of significant delays (2+ weeks), customers may request a cancellation. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by expediting the order.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been:

  • Processed
  • Packaged
  • Or a shipping label has been created


2. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us at support@saltxo.com within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of all items received
  • The packing slip (with the handwritten number visible)

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping-related damage claims may be handled with the carrier.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs.


3. Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

In most cases, orders ship sooner:

  • Typically within 2–4 business days
  • Sometimes within 1–2 business days depending on order volume

Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

High Volume Periods

During restocks, new releases, sales, or promotions, processing times may be extended due to increased order volume.

Black Friday & Major Sales

Orders placed during major sales (including Black Friday) may take 7–15 business days to process.


Shipping Details

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Virgin Islands
  • Puerto Rico

Customers must enter a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are unable to guarantee updates after processing
  • Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier (UPS) to reroute the package if needed

If we are unable to validate your shipping address, your order may be canceled and refunded.


Shipping Delays

During high-volume periods, slight shipping delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and support.


4. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it:

Contact UPS Customer Support:

  • Domestic: 1-888-742-5877
  • International: 1-866-782-7892

You may also file a claim online:

After submitting your claim, email your claim details to support@saltxo.com so we can assist further.

Salt.xo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


Shipping Issues / Tracking Delays

If your tracking has not updated (for example, only shows “label created”), contact us at support@saltxo.com with your order number so we can assist.


5. Restocks

Restocks are announced via our email newsletters, social media platforms, and website.

We do not offer pre-orders at this time.

Due to high demand, restock orders may experience extended processing times.


6. Shopify Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are automated estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary based on:

  • Processing time
  • Shipping carrier
  • Order volume


7. Additional Information

Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following business day (typically Monday).

We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
